Uh oh, some bad signs on the web site which suggests
that the wrong department is in charge:

1) sign-in (and other functionality) doesn't work with
JavaScript disabled

2) search is broken - a search for London gives a system
error (not a styled page) of:

"This search type is not supported yet. You can only
search cities and users at the moment."

[Yikes, I just clicked on a city rag http://www.boo.com/london
and my head just exploded - what a messy page!]

[And, with URLs like http://www.boo.com/london, how are they
going to differentiate between cities like London-England
and London-Ontario ? ]

3) wrong DOCTYPE for mark-up

4) Company content in fixed-height areas with scrollable boxes
because some ijit thinks that it's MORE important to have the
page graphics always visible rather than let visitors see all
the content easily. Because, as we know, textual content is
less important than the graphics we pay lots of money for. Not.

5) sentences with "here" as the link word *sigh*

Was it built with Ruby on Rails?

What company designed and built this site?
