I think that this is a wonderful thing - some define opportunity in
consulting as the intersection between preparedness and opportunity,
but sometimes it is more like the intersection between chaos and money
- and the above quote illustrates that chaos is alive and well in that
company. Without client chaos we might have to turn to less palatable
forms of work, like road repair, chicken plucking, or politics. Long
live chaos! :)

PS: I'd be willing to bet that the job description contains something
about "attention to detail"!
