are seeking an IA 

who wants to lead the whole UCD life cycle, including the testing and
research activities. 

Already bringing 2 years minimum experience of delivering the IA you may be
working in an agency 

where you are frustrated by the lack of user testing /research activities.
Step forward. 

My client will look at applicants who need to skill up in this area. 

Also, being a smaller company you will be charged with taking the project
from initial client meetings 

through to design – the full project life cycle.
