AFAIK, the situation in Sydney is very much the same - lots of demand for
"senior IAs" or similar, not a lot of mentoring or in-house growth, and next
to nothing from the education institutions. Imports from UK or USA continue
to be popular, although recently there's also been strong exports back to
the UK too.
