[Sigia-l] Project Management tools

Hello all,

I would like to ask list members what software package or tools your shop
uses to manage interactive projects: generically, MS Project, although I
know there are plenty of alternatives. I am working on recommendations for a
small shop that does some web and a fair amount of traditional print design.
They need to be able to see where they are on various projects, report that
status to others, and make decisions about whether or not to accept new
projects based on an understanding of how much work they have to do. This is
intentionally broad; I'm seeking a wide range of responses.

Do you like your PM tool? Why or why not? What do you wish it would do that
it can't or doesn't? Did you find your solution hard to learn or hard to
use? Mac-friendly tools or solutions (especially web-based) are of
particular interest. A few comments about the size of your shop, typical
size or type of projects, etc. would also be interesting and useful. Thank
you all very much!

Troy
