I agree completely. Each of the ads has the clear undertone of "look how
easy it is to do...". And, it's utterly refreshing.

This is not a rhetorical question: how many times have you or someone in
your family bought a phone that was touted for it's (hardware) innovation,
only to find it's got a horrible UX? My husband's current phone (Samsung's
SGH-D307) that has a horrible UI. My frustration has always been that it's
impossible to preview UI in the store and that the emphasis on phones has
been on the hardware/feature list. I wish the manufacturers would provide
simulations of their UI for use in the store so I could evaluate phones
based on what is truly important to me.
