[Sigia-l] Value of Context Sensitive Help

All,

I'm looking for usability research related to context-sensitive help. I work at the enterprise software company that develops software products on a number of platforms. A few of our programs offer context-sensitive help, many do not. I'm looking for leverage in convincing some product managers that context-sensitive help is worth the required development effort. Can any of you point me in the right direction?
