[Sigia-l] Cost to redesign

In 1999 the average cost of developing and launching an enterprise
e-commerce site was $1 million, according to a survey conducted by Gartner.

We are currently in the beginning stages of a redesign and I am interested
to know how accurate this figure is in 2007. I am looking for ballpark
figures for budget planning discussions. Is anyone willing to share numbers
for their UX redesigns, third party or in-house?
