usual poorly-delivered recitation of disjointed bullet points.

OK, seriously, this could be quite useful in the hands of properly  
trained personnel, but I think this system is likely to be a source  
of a lot of 'validated' -- and therefore widely-distributed --  
nonsense. [Insert discussion of problems in survey and presentation  
design -- or just sit quietly and contemplate your Tufte.]
