Scope -> Analysis -> Design -> prototype -> develop implement

This is my mode, in rough character diagram.

There's a loop:  design -> prototype -> test -> design ...

Then another potential loop: develop -> test -> prototype -> develop
Hopefully there's no new protyptyping at this point.

Finally, another loop after implementation.
