Ziya's behavioral pattern resembles that of a schoolyard bully.

Once you turn the table on a bully in front of the crowd, he shies away
to the next corner and starts all over again with other kids.

(1) I didn't bring the topic up, someone else did and I was responding
to someone else's reply (which is a separate discussion and which again
you see as an opportunity to make personal attacks).  

(2) If your point was to indicate you are an external consultant and
have that perspective to draw from, there are far better ways to make
that point.

The reason I gave you that perspective is to reiterate the fact that I
have been an EXTERNAL consultant for two decades, which, to an
undiscerning eye, should bias me towards an external service. If you
want to distort that into some kind of "authority play" that's your
option. But it's hard for me to not laugh at that coming from a person
who uses this sig:
