Its not that THE answer is no, it's only that YOUR answer is no despite
agreeing with several advantages of external test teams I mentioned (albeit
only generally). And you missed the point I made again or are choosing to
ignore it. I stated (at least twice) that I believe there are advantages to
externally conducted testing AND that external testing is a totally separate
issue than the question of integrating user feedback into the design
process.
