This is so totally off point to be silly.  The question was internal versus
external testing.  And what do you supposed is used for testing?  Real
users.

Huh?  No one is advocating siphoning anything.  Read the question that was
posed.  It was internal versus external testers, so once again that
presupposes that a test was going to occur.  It's a question of who should
do it.

Totally incorrect and not what I said.  SOME external firms recreate the
conflict of interest that is INHERENT is the process of internal test teams
UNLESS full support is provided by management.

Apparently you failed to understand the either question asked OR the answer
given.
