If Flickr is anything to go by, most people don't even bother to name
their photos, let alone perform the levels of intensive gardening that
this application implies. I wonder what the market really is for this?
I'm sure it'll be huge given my utter lack of intuition for such things
;-)

On a personal note though, I wish "photo-management" apps like (this
one?) Picassa, etc. didn't insist on pretending that you don't have an
OS or a filesystem. Some of them don't even tell you where you can find
your photos independently of the application!
