Reading around a bit, it sounds like they *have* done testing. Perhaps
they're opposed to *more* testing (perhaps testing in each individual
target market) than they've already done, and for some reason haven't
bothered making it obvious the extent of their previous trials.

Or, yeah, perhaps they're wrong. ;-)
