The biggest cost, by far, is not getting a good solution to your 
problem ... not getting the ia, usability, web site that you want and need.

Simply your post here will probably bring some consultants to your door.

Along with the "quote" will come an approach from each consultant or 
group.  Don't just look at $$$.  Find the team that you trust, can 
work with, that will be real with you.
