Hi Ivor,

EuroIA will be in Amsterdam next year - September 26-27. The website
isn't up yet, but you can read about the past EuroIA Summits in
Brussels, Berlin, and Barcelona at:

www.euroia.org

I've also heard tentative plans for an Italian UX conference in the
spring, probably in Genoa in May. No more info available at this
point. My guess is that most of the program will be in Italian, with
a few guest speakers from abroad.

The Nielsen-Norman Group also struts its stuff in Europe a couple of
times a year. Check out www.nngroup.com to stay abreast of their
doings. Be warned, this is merely an American get-together that
happens to move over to our side of the Atlantic once in a while; it
is not a European conference. Moreover, some of the sessions have
been repeated for four or five years at this point. 

There are lots of strictly national-language summits. If you speak
other languages, write me off-list and I'll try and make useful
suggestions.
