In terms of thinking, I'd probably define an intuitable interface as one
where the "correct" interaction can be learned basically instantly with
minimum cognitive load. In other words, you look at a system and it's
obvious what you are supposed to do without even feeling like you have
"learned" how to do it. This can be promoted with some combination of good
visual design & information scent, inline help, consistent design patterns,
etc, but gets more difficult with complex interactions.
Now, the next question will be "what's the difference between that and
usability?" I think of intuitability is a component of usability, but not
the only factor (and I'm not sure complete intuitability is necessarily
required, getting back to Ziya's original point).
