Thank you. So we go back to the subject line: denying the possibility of
users 'learning' a given designed outcome (because they want to take
advantage of its benefits) may not be the smart thing to do. People do
indeed think and learn. Even quite complicated and complex stuff. As long as
the benefits are unambiguous.
So can we retire "Don't Make Me Think" as being antiquated and wrong-headed?
