That's been the subject of discussion here several times before. I don't
want to say "never," but there is quite a body of evidence gathered
since the 1980's that suggests the scenario you describe is highly
unlikely to happen for anything other than short-duration use.

Meanwhile, Eric's research will be very relevant I think.
