I'm glad he finally discovered the notion of what we've been calling
'business cycles' for millennia. ;-)

Speaking of bubbles, are people finding it hard(er) to recruit people in
this cycle? I'm putting together a skunkworks team of eight senior BAs/devs
and noticed that everybody wants to lead and manage. Who's going to get
their hands dirty and get the job done, if presumably competent people just
want to delegate? Geez.
