For years we've been shutting down most of our higher brain functions  
in order to master Microsoft Word's formatting tools. Apple is just  
driving innovation in this area. Microsoft has recenterly tried to  
catch up by provoking us to gouge our own eyes out with Vista's new  
look and feel, but too many features were cut to meet the ship date.
