Hello,For a couple of months I have been following this list and I have learned a lot. Also, I have studies books about Information Architecture.I am a library science student, working on my final project, a website redesign.Elderly people are allready a member of the organisation, and half of them have filled in a questionnaire.I found this report about it by Nielsen: http://www.nngroup.com/reports/seniors/This costs a lot of money (to me). They don't seem to have it in any library in the Netherlands, but I'm still searching for it.Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find information on young high educated people (25-40).Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.Suzanne de Veld.
