I'll let Will explain Kathy's much publicized situation, but a few years
ago, I used to get really nasty emails from someone on this list (anonymized
through HotMail) wishing bodily harm to certain parts of my anatomy. I think
I mentioned this publicly, but the two subject matters that ticked this
person off if I recall correctly were 'hype merchants' and 'best practices.'
Go figure. ;-)
