What about just "flawed" or "impaired"?

Subject: [Sigia-l] ISO an adjective

Sometimes you find an app or a utility that does everything it's supposed to
do perfectly. It even delights you in unexpected ways.

Except there's one or two little things you wish it did that it just doesn't
cover and it's driving you nuts.

What's the adjective that describes this software?

Anyone want to coin a new word, if none currently exists?
