Experience Design – Interface Development
A production specialist is responsible for all aspects of the client side
interface including standards based XHTML/CSS development, AJAX, flash,
copywriting and media aspects of the site.

• User Experience Specialist and Sr. User Experience Specialist:  An ideal
candidate has strong skills with 1 to 5 years of industry experience. A Sr.
User Experience Specialist works independently and may lead sub-teams or
lead smaller ($100k to $300k) projects.

Experience Design – User Experience
An experience designer demonstrates competence in one or more of our desired
areas of technical expertise, including usability and user experience,
information architecture, taxonomy creation and human factors. They support
the development and delivery of business requirements, audience and
competitive analysis, content inventories, taxonomies, creative briefs,
information architecture strategies and other client documentation. 

• Specialist and Sr Specialist:  An ideal candidate has strong skills with 1
to 4 years of industry experience. A Sr. User Experience Specialist works
independently and may lead sub-teams or lead smaller ($100k to $300k)
projects.

• Consultant and Sr Consultant:  The consultant level UE is capable of
leading 2-3 UE professionals on projects of up to $500k while the Senior
Consultant is leads larger projects. Both have extremely strong external
consulting skills and techniques.

Experience Design - Visual Designers / Creative
Visual Designers are knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of brand
building, user-centered interface design, information design, identity
design, advertising, marketing, branding, graphic design, copywriting, and
human factors. Designers are responsible for designing and producing
superior creative solutions. 

• Visual Designer:  An ideal candidate is responsible for providing creative
vision, direction and leadership to client engagements and solutions. They
are responsible for designing and producing superior creative solutions from
concept through completion. They help build strong client relationships, and
support effective client work sessions and concept presentations
