[Sigia-l] Site Surveys

We have a client with a site that gets a lot of traffic. As one data input
to user knowledge, we want to start to run a surveys off of the site to get
feedback.
 
Although I have experience with brand impact surveys used for online
advertising, my user research backround for site needs/behaviors is more of
the "in the field" and in person type.
 
I'm looking for anyone who has done/is doing this and is willing to share
information.
