Required Skills:


Design visual interfaces and interaction flows of Web-based applications
Simulate/Prototype the product interface
Provide design specifications and document interaction patterns
Works closely with the product development team to ensure that the
user experience is formulated to achieve the user goals while
satisfying the business need
Advocate the value of user centered design
Design the user interaction model, user flow, information architecture
and wireframes
Incorporate UXD guidelines, business requirements and corporate goals
into design solutions
Translate usability research finding into design improvements



Qualifications:

Ability to identify and solve design problems
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and gracefully
Must be organized, able to act independently, and able to switch
between different projects
Proactively communicate status and updates to relevant stakeholders
throughout project
Must be able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and
to meet aggressive deadlines
In-depth experience using: PhotoShop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, and/or Visio.
iRise Studio or other simulation tools (Axure, Composer, etc.) are a huge plus
At least 4-6 years experience in Web and/or Product Design
Relevant BA or BS required
