Sexy is what sells (sex sells) :) Selling a concept to people with
varying degrees of experience within the field depends on identifying
key benefits. We need a name that captures the benefit - imagine "if
all your (client's) information has totally gone to hell, call on this
capability area to help sort it out".

It is sad to have to use the label, but necessary to draw a rough line
around the concept so that we can write some promotional material.

I am starting to think, based on your suggestion, that we might use
something like "Linné's Legacy: Managing Information by Classification"
(even though this is not strictly correct, i.e. classification is only
one facet of information management).

Thanks for the suggestion :)

Cheers, Andrew
