I really appreciate the level of detail in this article on contextual
inquiry:

Subject: [Sigia-l] Sample question set for user research

I'm in the early stages of planning for some user research in the field
of storage management systems (storage arrays, drive trays, volumes,
volume groups, RAID levels, etc.), and to serve as a starting point for
survey and on-site interview questions I'm wondering if anyone has a
reference to a user research question set. If there is such a set out
there it would certainly be useful to customize that based on my
company's line of business rather than starting from scratch.

In the absence of a known question set, feel free to offer up individual
approaches to user research, specific areas of investigation, specific
questions, techniques, etc.

Thanks in advance for any references or suggestions,
