WTF *are* you blathering about?? I have no "demi God". And I don't
recall saying a word about "my approach", nor discussing any other
company but UPS.

What I *did* say is that *your* citing certain companies as ones who
"do it right" based on their metrics-or-whatever-based achievements
is highly suspect, given my own experience (which includes more than
the single datapoint I provided).
