i would also add that walmart is a horrible place to work. it is 
supportive or respectful of ia or desing.

many a time i watched as we, ia, justified our design choices through 
competitive analysis, research and usability testing, only to have 
them axed by business for some random reason.

i also watched in disbelief as the chief engineer submitted his own 
comps to the design team.

how disheartening it is to work for such an organization....
