funny, but i didn't know you were a canadian. should have figured 
that they weren't us co.'s...

i find the exact opposite here. i prefer working for small orgs. they 
are more responsive/concerned about the "people" factor. large orgs 
tend to focus on people only when it becomes a roadblock to their 
financial gain.

of course there are exceptions... anyone have any they'd like to share?
