It certainly reflects PEOPLE I've encountered in corporate life, but it 
doesn't in any way reflect the corporation

I've had the pleasure to work in a couple of well run, effective 
organizations.

It's an over generalization by far. Just as often the Dilbert cartoons 
are a cause of, not a reaction too, corporate silliness.
