This position offers an excellent opportunity for the experienced Information Architect or Interaction Designer to serve as both a hands-on practitioner as well as a leader and mentor for junior staff.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for assuring optimal usability on client engagements. You will design content organizational structures, interactive processes, and rich user interfaces that help users accomplish their goals - quickly and easily. You're organized, logical, analytical, and extremely creative. You synthesize various forms of research and content into informational and navigational design solutions for your clients. You can deftly balance consumer and client objectives to find solutions that capture the most appropriate paths between users and the information they need. Finally, Associate Directors aren't just practitioners - they're leaders. You've been around the block, and have the battle scars to prove it. You know the in's and out's of managing clients and internal staff toward the delivery of top-notch, world-class work.
