My Mountain View, CA client is developing innovative solutions for
enterprise security and compliance management. They are looking for a
dynamic and intelligent Senior Web Application Interaction Designer.

Job Description

* Applying user-centered design process to create high quality user
experiences 
* Setting direction and UI requirements based on business, user and
brand needs 
* Designing user interaction workflows and user interfaces 
* Authoring detailed interaction specifications and creating prototypes 
* Incorporate marketing strategies and customer feedbacks into future
design 
* Manage graphic designers to improve and refine product visuals and
consistency 
* Working with web developers and engineers to deliver the final product

* Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale 

Requirements

* BS in HCI or related field (MS a plus) 
* 3+ years experience as a Web Application Designer 
* Mastery of user-centered design process and expert interaction design
skills 
* Extensive experience in DHTML, JavaScript and CSS 
* Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems 
* Desirable to have experience in development of Enterprise-class
Management applications 
* Good communication skills and team play 
* Attention to detail
