[Sigia-l] Roundtable: Search engine + knowledge base?

We still have room in our May 17 teleconference on how to integrate a search 
engine with a knowledge base. I will kick off the discussion by showing how 
we use metadata from an internal knowledge base with the Ultraseek search 
engine to create a topic hierarchy, "Best Bets" feature, results summaries, 
and a thesaurus capability. In addition, I will discuss how the same data 
structure is used to maintain a topical A - Z index that compliments the 
search function.
