[Sigia-l] [OT] Environmentally conscious websites

With a looming winter power shortage in New Zealand, Webstock 
<www.webstock.org.nz> has decided to act now and do our bit to help save 
energy. We've redone the site in a way we're convinced is a model for 
more rational and sustainable energy use.

Please take a look, and please spread the word. This is something we 
think's important. And if you have any feedback on how we could improve 
what we're doing, please let us know.

And to try and bring this back a little on-topic, I think this proves 
conclusively that (visual) design is outweighed by global environmental 
concerns.
