Slightly off this but interesting from a user expeirence point of view,

This is a video about the new user experience for Microsoft Office.  I'll 
save my view for now but so far Microsoft and user experience has been like 
watching a patomine horse try to ice skate. I could explain that but I'll 
let people savour the image.
