Here's a little exercise for you:
1. Read the original post.
2. Find where it said that the only work being done was IA.
3. Couldn't find it? Go back to step #1.
When you get tired with that, list all possible processes on a project like
the one described that can be "validated" and then ask yourself why one and
only one was selected. Then when you get tired of making bogus arguments,
have a drink.
