Seriously - is a munge less of a theft than any other re-use with prejudice? I
am not a copyright lawyer, nor do I impersonate one to impress the beddable,
but it seems fairly blatent to me. If a document says "do not re-use or
re-purpose this content without permission", and you do, then the glove fits.
