Information Architect
The Information Architect is responsible for developing IA documentation
(site maps, transaction flows, schematics, navigation models) for both web
sites and applications. In this role, you will be expected to work
collaboratively with a project team and support the Experience Lead or a Sr.
IA in the execution of all information architecture deliverables. A firm
understanding of user-centered design processes will be crucial to your
success here. Ideal candidates will have a healthy sense of humor, and are
ready to finally work in a place where they are no longer the smartest
person in the room. 
Core Duties/Responsibilities: 
•  Creating the information architecture for transactional, informational,
and marketing website 
•  Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating
them into creative concepts and functional components 
•  Supporting the team to translate business requirements into meaningful
interactive experiences 
•  Participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability
testing 
•  Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user
research and focus the team’s design efforts on the needs of key users 
•  Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to
clients 
•  Conducting competitive audits and market research 
•  Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for
highly interactive interfaces 
•  Participating in User Experience thought leadership in both the company
and the industry
Required Skills
•  Demonstrated ability to execute on IA complex transactional interfaces,
taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management
systems 
•  Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment

•  Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Required Experience 
•  3+ years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or

Senior Content Strategist
The Senior Content Strategist is responsible for overseeing all content
requirements, and creating all content strategy deliverables (content
audits, gap analyses, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, style guides, content
migration plans, etc.) across the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely
with the Information Architect as well as people from our Creative, Strategy
and Technology groups, you will be critical to defining the content needs of
web sites and applications our teams create, and to working closely with the
client to ensure the necessary content is sourced or otherwise generated.
Ideal candidates will have a healthy sense of humor, and are ready to
finally work in a place where they are no longer the smartest person in the
room. 
Core Duties/Responsibilities: 
•  Developing content strategy based on client business objectives and user
needs 
•  Determining projects’ overall content requirements and potential content
sources 
•  Developing innovative solutions for content presentation, including
content management, workflow, and maintenance 
•  Creating taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging
content 
•  Working with client to enhance, edit and reformat legacy and newly
created content 
•  Ensuring content conforms to Search Engine Optimization best practices 
•  Developing or overseeing development of all content to be included in the

Required Skills

Experience Lead
The Experience Lead is responsible for leading the User Experience team,

and working collaboratively with Creative, Technology and Strategy to create
compelling, insight-driven web-based experiences. This is one of the most
crucial project roles at Avenue A | Razorfish as it requires an ability both
to lead the project team and the client through a user-centered design
process to develop meaningful experience concepts, and to execute on those
concepts. The Experience Lead is an ideas person who can sell “the big idea”
to the client, but who also loves getting her or his hands dirty in the
process.
