Bristol UK, Full time, permanent (Apologies for cross posting)
We have lots of talented people at cxpartners, and we want more. Now,
we're looking for user experience consultants at all levels to join
our team.
We're a group of imaginative, out-spoken people with a desire to
excel. And when it comes to work, we want to build an open workplace -
one that lets great people do outstanding work. Probably, we could
start by tidying our desks, but we do have a good choice of espresso
and green teas.
Our clients are really important to us - and we have great clients
like Marriott, Lexus and Cooperative Bank who ask us to transform
their customer experiences.
Typically, that means web, mobile and interactive experiences - but
don't count anything out.
To work with them, you'll need big ears (to listen carefully to their
needs), a sharp eye (for detail), a wide smile (because we all enjoy a
laugh), and a light-bulb above your head (or bright sparks coming off
your brain). You'll also need that special touch that comes from being
honest, direct and caring.
Our user experience consultants are from a range of backgrounds - and
that's on purpose. We look for people with experience or
qualifications in user testing, information architecture, interaction
design and requirements capture. But we also want people who've known
about life on the other side of the fence - whether that's design,
marketing, software development or project management. Above all, they
have a passion to make things happen.
You'll find yourself
- running workshops
- creating wireframes
- listening to users (in the lab and in the field)
and finding new ways to make technology work better - online,
If you want to help us make technology better, then send a short
letter (explaining why) plus a CV to info at cxpartners.co.uk and mention
that you saw Joe Leech's post on this list.
(Sorry, no agencies.)
