Senior Designer
Location: Denver, CO 

At present, we are looking for Senior Designer. This position requires an
expertise in design software on Mac, such as Photoshop, Illustrator,
Fireworks, InDesign and Flash; with a general understanding of HTML,
capabilities of browsers and design constraints on the Web. A qualified
candidate must understanding of typography in both print and digital
mediums, and in one or more developing design tools, including video,
animation, or DHTML. Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating visual design, including typography, visual concept, logo and
icon design for the Web 
• Accepting the challenge of exploring and gaining expertise in the growing
list of design tools for the Web environment 
• Enabling effective communication by listening and visualizing 
• Coordinating with site architect, production developer and writer to make
sure visual design communicates and functions successfully for varying
technical and performance specifications 
• Directing production artists 
• Optimizing visual design and concept in the Web environment 
• Visually integrating and enhancing the architecture, UI and navigation
outlined by site architect, within technical specifications from senior
content engineers 
• Coordinating with all groups Project Management, Engineering and QA, to
direct how final art is visually implemented 
• Understanding basic concept of complete site and conveying it to client 
• Adhering to agreed-upon delivery schedule coordinated with Project
Managers (PM) 
• Ensuring PM is notified of any changes in schedule 
• Communicating with Information Architects, PM, Writers, and Engineers in
all stages of design 
• Directing and managing printing projects with outside vendors 
Job Requirements: 
• Five to Seven years of experience of leading the creative and design
direction for online user experiences and consumer-focused brands 
• Degree or training in graphic design, information design or advertising 
• Knowledge of research methods that yield deep understanding of our
client´s business, competition and customers 
• Excellent presentation and verbal skills. You will have client contact 
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, outside vendors and
creative teams
