"Best in class" is something of a tall order, Karl. However, I've
been very impressed with a site, primarily for shirts, run by Charles
Tyrwhitt of Jermyn Street in London:
www.ctshirts.co.uk
After you poke around a bit, check out another well-known Jermyn
Street tailor, Thomas Pink. The site is simply appalling:
www.thomaspink.co.uk
Pretty much the same target demographic, but boy, what a difference.
There are a dozen other bespoke shirt tailors on Jermyn street -
Turnbull & Asser, Hilditch & Key, T.M. Lewin, New & Lingwood, Harvie
& Hudson, etc. It would be interesting to compare all of these...
Cheers,
Eric
