User Experience Designer, User Experience Analyst / Internet Strategy
JPMorgan Chase – Treasury and Securities Services

JPMorgan Chase is currently seeking an experienced User Experience
Designer and User Experience Analyst for the Client Access group of
Treasury and Securities Services (TSS).

TSS Client Access utilizes user-centered design techniques to drive
planning, development, and execution of Internet initiatives across
the TSS businesses. Our mission is to create a world-class online
channel that delights our customers, improves efficiency and
inter-operation across the Division, and meets or beats the offerings
of our global competitors.

The User Experience Designer and User Experience Analyst will work
with the user experience, strategy, line of business, product
management, and technology groups to:

- Develop information architecture solutions for robust internet
applications and supporting experiences
- Perform heuristic evaluations of existing application designs
- Research and analyze competitive applications for design and
strategy initiatives
- Create design solutions to help extend standards and enhance library
of consistent tools developed for JPMorgan Chase internet applications
- Develop and orchestrate user interviews and testing activities
- Document user requirements as well as visual and behavioral specifications
- Perform design quality assurance against projects in implementation
and release cycles

Qualifications

- Demonstrated love for Internet technologies and a vision of its
transformative potential
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience for a Designer, 7 years for an Analyst
- Solid academic background in a related field, degree in Interaction
Design a plus
- Experience in designing usable and client-oriented transactional
web-based interfaces with proven visual and/or information
architecture capabilities
- Familiarity with current Internet technology approaches (e.g .
service-oriented architecture, portal, rich-internet/ajax, content
management, entitlements, and user-centered design)
- Knowledge of, or experience with, research methods such as user
interviews, surveys and observations, prototyping, card sorting, and
persona development
- Knowledge in designing, analyzing and documenting user tests and/or surveys
- Experience working with both senior stakeholders and project
team-level members and must be able to articulate design concepts and
strategies clearly
