Them fightin' words! :-)
This, of course, says nothing about "consultant-based design" but a whole
lot about what the hiring companies expect. Would they hire a lawyer or a
doctor the same way, expecting them to stick to a plan, even as the plan
changes, as stuff happens in real world? Of course not.
So a more accurate statement would be: "This is why I'm not in favor of
clueless companies."
