OK, it's not  the most elegant design, but it requires no extensions on
Firefox/Moz.

Microsoft XAML and Adobe Flex have generally dominated recent mindshare on
declarative language generated UIs. This is one of the occasional XUL
examples that looks to be useful.

Question: has anyone actually designed any UIs specifically in XUL? Does it
have a future?
