Okay, I'll do the sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, taxonomies, business
requirements, and generally all the functional specs. You'll do the mood
boards, the logo, the color studies, the typography, the text layouts, the
illustrations, the photography, and generally all the graphic elements. 

Sounds to me like we've got ourselves an IA and a visual designer.
