Hi Donna,

this is not as crazy an idea as it sounds. A while back I did some pro bono
BA/marketing work for the business association in my home village - I hadn't
been exposed to this market segment in the past (rural/tourist/SME) and it was
a real eye-opener. There really is no substitute for being out there doing it.
